READ All POLICIES THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO BOOKING

• ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Your deposit will be allowed 1 transfer. After one transfer another $25 deposit will be required.
• All services require a $25 DEPOSIT due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due when your services are completed.
• SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will result in a FIFTY PERCENT service charge. 
• The only form of payment accepted is CASH! 
• NO-CALLS/NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED the FULL balance of service.
• After your second no-call/no-show you will no longer be allowed to book with us.

• NO EXTRA PERSONS.
  
• A non-touch thermometer will be used to scan your inner wrist to ensure your temperature is not exceeding 99°F.
• If temperature is exceeding  99°F, you will be kindly turned at the door and asked to reschedule after a 14 day wait period.
• You will be required to wipe your phone down with a disinfectant wipe upon entrance.
• You will be required to wash your hands prior to commencing any services.
• You will be required to remove your shoes on our lash bed.

• THE GRACE PERIOD FOR LATENESS IS 10 MINUTES.
• There is a LATE FEE.
• BEING 10 MINUTES LATE WILL RESULT IN AN EXTRA $10 FEE.
• If you are going to be late to your appointment, kindly make it a priority to ensure that I am aware.
• ANYTHING FURTHER THAN 10 MINUTES WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
• YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

• **SILENCE YOUR PHONE** Phone calls/texts are extremely distracting and may prolong your appointment duration. It is inconsiderate, as the prolonging of your appointment may affect the schedule for the day.
  
• Cleanse your lashes using our “Vee Babe Luxury Lash Shampoo” prior to your appointment.

      ** LASHES SHOULD BE CLEANSED USING A LASH SHAMPOO ON A DAILY BASIS,

           STARTING 48 HOURS AFTER YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT**

• Arrive to your appointment with a fresh face.
• NO MAKEUP, FACE CREAMS AND/OR FACE SERUMS should be present, as this may affect your overall eyelash extension retention, appointment time duration and/or the outcome of your set.
• AVOID chewing gum, drinking caffeinated beverages, drinking large amounts of fluids and/or wearing any hairstyle that may cause discomfort between your head and our supportive pillow.
• Wear something comfortable! 

**USE THE RESTROOM PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF SERVICES**

**AVOID USING STRIP LASHES/LASH ADHESIVE WITHIN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE**
